James C. Lanier, age 67, passed away on March 30th after a long illness at the Signature Health Care Facility in Algood, TN. A native of Joliet IL, he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary of Joliet and is survived by his brother Bob, Danville, CA, his beloved aunt, Eleanor, Plainfield, IL and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. After a 30-year career with Caterpillar Tractor Inc., he retired to Tennessee and made his home in the Crossville, TN area.
