Eleanor  Black (Lee)
Eleanor Lee Black, 73, a resident of Cookeville, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017.
She had a great love for her family and for God. She lived to serve and to put the needs of those around above her own. She was loved by all who knew her.
Eleanor was the manager of Cornerstone Christian Bookstore for 33 years before retiring in 2013. She loved to read, sew, and quilt with her friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Johnnie Lee; her mother, Ethelene Blaylock Lee; and her brother, Sam Lee.
She is survived by her daughters: Tammy Wayne Holmes, Teena (Travis) Garner, and Abby (Grant) Mooneyham; along with grandchildren: Tanner and Rylee Holmes, Allie and Anna aGarner, Brayden, Harper, and Kynlee Mooneyham. She is also survived by her niece, Shawna (Michael) Lee Green along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be visitation Wednesday, Jan. 3rd from 5-8pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home, and visitation on Thursday, Jan. 4th from 10:00am with service beginning at 11:00 at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at Rocky Point Cemetery.
