Fred L. England, age 75 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at his home in Cookeville.
He was born Saturday, October 24, 1942 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of the late David and Pauline (Wilson) England.
He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Brother. He was in the Silent Service of the U.S. Navy serving on the USS Senate SS408 receiving an Honorable Discharge. He gave his heart to the Lord in Community Baptist Church in Garden City, Michigan. He founded Bible Baptist Church in Kalispell, Montana which is still a soul winning Church today. He served in the mission field on the Island Of Guam in Christian Education in Independent Baptist Church. He retired from the Herald Citizen Newspaper in Cookeville.
Mr. England is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy (Webber) England of Cookeville, TN.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: 1 Grandson, Bobby Lee Qualls, and a Brother, David Edward England.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Cookeville Rescue Mission.
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. England will be held Thursday April 5, 2018 beginning at 7:00 pm from the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Self officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday April 5, from 5:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm.
