Jack will be remembered and loved as a fair, honest, hardworking, generous, family man. His wife and children were his crown, he was blessed. He loved doing things for others, a bit of a Prankster, and possibly stubborn. He was of Pentecostal Faith. Jack wore many hats over the years starting a business with his father Jr. and managing several full service stations. He opened a floor covering business serving large malls, homeowners, and businesses. A flood destroyed his inventory - closing, he accepted a position with Electrolux Knoxville meeting his best friend Brian Carraway whom taught him how to make a good living and have fun too. He later transferred to Cookeville store manager worked for many years until company buyouts. Jack joined Stovers Wholesale producing record sales in hardwood and tile. He loved sales; building their confidence and friendships. Abe McCall offered him a position in Carthage over the floor covering and eventually the gun store, had special friends Cindy and Bobby. He worked 18 years and retired 2014. His hobbies include guns, home improvement projects, landscaping, and yard work. He took pride in his Cub Cadet tractor and would mow for hours. He enjoyed camping and fellowship at Deer Run RV Resort, Crossville. ‘PEACEFUL PLACE TO REST’ Jack (Jackie) will be missed by all. Grow in Grace, Serve the Lord.
