I was lucky enough to be "adopted" into Carol's family because I was friends with Carol's brother. With that came the opportunity to meet Carol, Doug, Carrie, Joe, Joseph and Mirabella. These are all wonderful people with a great zest for life and enough love and friendship to care for others. Doug's service to our country is admirable. His work with our youth while serving with JROTC has given me confidence in the future. His love and support for family will be missed but always felt in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace at the end of tour. We will have the watch for now.
